What is your dispatch time?

All orders will be shipped within 4 working days - Notebooks and tumblers are slightly longer at within 10 working days.

Yes we do, You must return it within 10 working days. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR THE REFUND SHIPPING COST. Pop us a email to start the refund process bookishclubuk@hotmail.com

Are you licensed with these authors?

Yes, we have contracts with all authors, except Penelope Douglas. She had said it was okay for people to create merch but now she is creating a license merch list so she has said we can sell all stock we have, which is in the sale. We have applied to be added to this licensed list.

What is the build your own snail club?

If you purchase 5 items from this page you get 20% at the checkout. This comes in a lovely blue envelope with stickers on the front and back to make it look pretty.

Yes, please read the shipping info page on all tax infomation

USA custom fees are included in the shipping price.

Do you ship to the EU?

Yes we do, this is currently a trial. This is for bookmarks and stickers only!

What is a pre order?

A pre order means you pay for it now and it gets shipped to you when available. The date it will be launched is on each of the listings.
