We are based in the UK.

All items will be shipped within 4 working days (working days are Monday to Friday)

We ship to UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and USA.

Approximate shipping times:

UK: 2-3 DAYS

WORLDWIDE: 5-7 DAYS

This is approx. Sometimes this does take longer especially international. We ship with Royal Mail.

Royal Mail doesnt class it as lost until 10 working days after the due date for the UK and 25 working days after the due date for international.

 

Canada, Australia and New Zealand

Tax is not included in the price on our website, this is to be paid by you once passed through customs.

USA

Tax for the USA customers -

These charges are out of our control and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs policies to understand the specific duties and taxes that may apply. 

These charges may be in the form of but are not limited to VAT, Import Duties and Custom Charges. 

This means for the USA, You may need to pay extra charges in the form of VAT or Import Duties.

Our shipping price includes the postage and some fees.

This is due because the US eliminated the $800 "de minimis" duty-free exemption. Don't worry you won't need to pay this fee again once it passes customs.

Other tax may be needed once through customs, I am not 100% sure on this due to being in the UK.
